These past two weeks haven’t just been about weathering storms.
They’ve been about remembering who I am in the middle of them.
Every reflection, every step, every recorded word in my eBook You Can’t Grow Without Deep Roots has been about one truth:
When the winds pick up, you don’t run—you root deeper.
And I’ve done that by focusing on what I’ve been teaching and living these past couple weeks—the Power of Self:
🛡️ Self-Control
Choosing calm in the chaos. Responding instead of reacting.
🧭 Self-Discipline
Showing up for myself, even when it’s easier not to.
💪 Self-Respect
Walking with dignity, even when doubt tries to drag me down.
🕊️ Self-Awareness
Being honest about what I’m facing, without letting it define me.
Today is Saturday, and I’m not just talking anymore—I’m activating.
Because knowledge without action? That’s just noise.
And I didn’t survive what I survived just to make noise.
I was born to make impact.
Today I walk with purpose.
I live what I teach.
And I want to remind you: If you’re in a storm, you’re not alone.
This journey I’m on? It’s not theory—it’s training.
And in May, I’ll be standing in front of the students of Parkway Elementary School, sharing this very message:
The Power of Self.
What I’m walking through now is the real deal. A Living Strong lesson in real time. I don’t just want to preach it—I want to be it.
And today, that means activating everything I’ve written, spoken, and shared this week.
So if you’ve been following along, if you’ve read or listened to the audio, let this be your moment too.
Activate.
Ground yourself in self-control.
Discipline your mindset.
Respect the path you’ve walked.
Stay aware—and keep walking.
The storm doesn’t win.
The roots do.
Let’s rise.
Let’s walk.
Let’s live strong—together.
