Living Strong in Gratitude: A Heartfelt Reflection on the Week of April 14 to April 19, 2025

As I sit here reflecting on this past week, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. From April 14th to the 19th, my days were filled with early mornings, meaningful conversations, moments of impact, and more importantly, connections that reminded me why I do what I do.

This week wasn’t just about training, teaching, or posting videos. It was about being part of a living, breathing community that shows up with purpose. And for that, I want to say thank you.

To everyone in my community who wakes up every day with a heart to serve—whether through small acts of kindness, creative contributions, or simply a smile at a neighbor—I see you. I feel your presence. You are the heartbeat of what makes Mount Laurel, and every corner we touch, feel like home. Thank you for bringing value and meaning to our shared community.

To those who greeted me along my adventures this week—whether it was at the cafe, on the mats, during morning walks, or while setting up for the Rancocas Woods event—thank you for taking a moment to connect. Your warm hellos, handshakes, and kind words mean more than you know.

To everyone who “liked,” “loved,” and commented on my social media posts, reels, and videos—thank you. Your engagement isn’t just about algorithms. It’s a reminder that our messages are reaching hearts. That somewhere, someone needed to hear that word of encouragement or see that moment of truth. Your support fuels me.

To the local businesses who stepped up and sponsored books for my Living Strong Kids Adventures events, both past and upcoming—thank you for investing in our youth. Your generosity doesn’t go unnoticed. You are planting seeds of courage, character, and confidence in every child who holds one of those books.

To my family—thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your love. Thank you for allowing me the space to rise early, to move with intention, and to live strong throughout the day. I know it comes with sacrifices, and I don’t take that for granted.

And finally, to the God who loves me—thank You. For every breath. Every opportunity. Every lesson. And for the grace that carries me through it all. My strength is not my own.

This week has been a beautiful reminder of what it means to live with purpose. To serve. To connect. To be fully present.

From the bottom of my heart—thank you.

Let’s continue to rise, thrive, and Live Strong.

With gratitude,

Peter Liciaga
